All products sold through AuraCrochetPDF are digital crochet PDF patterns. Because digital products can be downloaded and accessed immediately, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the digital file has been downloaded or accessed.

Refunds and Exceptions

You received the wrong digital file.
The purchased file is corrupted or technically defective.
You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
There is another technical issue that prevents you from accessing the purchased product.
